Op loopafstand van het station cq city terminalen bevindt zich het hotel. Aan het eind van het grote winkelstraat. Rustig omdat de winkelstraat eindigt waar het hotel praktisch om de hoek ligt, prettig omdat je binnen een paar minuten de gezellige sfeer van Stockholm opsnuift. Wij (echtpaar) arriveerden om ca. 10.00 u. 's ochtends. Niettemin was het mogelijk reeds onze kamer in gebruik te nemen (normaal check-in 15.00 u.). De kamer werd uitstekend schoongehouden. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, zodat wij de lunch konden overslaan. Ook bij het uitchecken allervriendelijkste dames van de receptie. Værelserne findes i opgangen lige ved siden af receptionen og man skal derfor gennem en adgangskode, men det var der ikke nogen problemer i. Du får vad som står i beskrivningen, ett rum med en säng och ett badrum med toalett och gemensam dusch i korridoren, jag föredrog dock att duscha på gymmet istället då duschen inte kändes superfräsch.. The bathrooms could do with enclosed showers, and tea making facilities would be useful. But the beds were OK, staff friendly, free wifi, the breakfast generous and varied, the location a short downhill walk into the city. Het is een tweesterrenhotel, maar ik vind dat het hotel drie sterren waard is. Kamer is in orde. Ontbijt in het hotel is goed. Ik heb een uitstekend verblijf gehad in hotel Bakfickan en kan het iedereen aanraden. Jag bodde i rum 516\. Jag har absolut inget att klaga på. Trevligt bemötande, stort rum med bra arbetsplats. Mycket eluttag och bra utspridda i rummet. Skön säng, fräscht badrum, bra med utrymme i garderober. Liten minibar. Bra frukostbuffé. Relativt nära till tunnelbanan (men man får bära väskor uppför en ganska lång trappa om man inte vill gå runt en längre väg). Som vanligt är hotellen i Stockholm alldeles på tok för dyra jämfört med vad man får, och detta hotell utgör inget undantag.
