The rooms are clean and well kept, there is an elevator that is easy to use and the staff cleans the rooms every day. Breakfast is exactly the same every day, but it wasn't terrible and the coffee was good. The Sauna is impossible to use (no dials or buttons in visible areas) and is in a moderately creepy basement and the people at the front desk did not all understand english so it was at times difficult to communicate issues.

The internet wi fi connection was not working well, breakfast was ok but not a lot of choice. Hôtel was clean. Some noisy works in the morning

Great hotel in The area to be in Stockholm. The staff wa excellent and so helpful with every request I had. The personal sauna and gym was the perfect touch. I would stay here again, 10/10. Thank you!

Really lovely hotel for a short trip to Stockholm. Very convenient location in a walkable City which meant we were able to cram a lot in. Breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a holiday to Stockholm

Great choice for a solo traveller in a good location which was walkable to the major attractions. Room was very good for a single room with good amenities. Bathroom was a little small especially around the toilet. Very tasty breakfast with good Swedish and international offerings e.g waffles, cinnamon rolls and cold meats.

The pictures of this property are a lie. The rooms look nothing like it and are pretty dirty. The first room we received had a horrible smell and then had an even worse sewer smell when the water was run. There were damaged ceiling tiles in the bathroom and it had not been cleaned. In the US, this would have been comparable to an old motel that rents by the hour. After sending a message to the hotel staff, they were very nice and changed our room. It was still not great though - comparable to a Motel 6. The amenities vary from room to room. The refrigerator and hair dryer are totally different in each room. There is only a hair and body in one gel in the bathroom so bring your own toiletries. The breakfast is alright. However, you must walk through a hallway that smells like sewage to get there. Didn’t try the gym in the basement as it also had a strong sewage smell. I would have rather camped outside than to have stayed here. The staff is very nice and friendly to English speakers. However, this was truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The price is pretty cheap so I guess that’s why. The area around the hotel feels safe, and it is in a convenient location for food, shopping, and transportation.

Very Basic
Nothing special, everything very basic. Bathroom was from 1975, unable to attach shower head properly because it was for a different wall mount. They have ironing rooms but the equipment was old and no steam iron. I would at least prefer a proper steam iron if everyone shares.

The staff was most professional, courteous, and helpful. For the room, which had no window, only a fan that didn’t work was provided. The shower had no door and the floor, which was not properly sloped toward the drain, made it impossible to prevent flooding.

Nice location, hotel is being refurbished. Rooms are extremely small. Hard and thin towels. Shower curtain! Haven't seen that for years... Small breakfast, limited offering, no bacon to the scrambled eggs!

I've stayed at this hotel before and usually there's a fair amount of dust on the chandeliers, but it's a good location and there's a breakfast (subpar, but it's fine and included in the booking) so we booked to stay here for our recent trip. Never again. Will gladly pay extra for a clean hotel. The hairdryer was caked in lint/dust. Asked the cleaning lady to clean it because it needed a vacuum. Did they clean it? Nope! Will never ever even consider this place again. They clearly need to go back to the basics and relearn how to dust.

Everything was great about room and service. Improvements---they need a new sauna --- it took 1 hour for the temperature to rise to 55 C. It should take 20-30 minutes. They need a few kettlebells or weights in gym. They need to buy organic apples and bananas--not conventional and need more fruit and walnuts for vegetarians or health conscious people. Total is 8,2 out of 10.

The only minor issue - initially there are only two towels provided, but extra can be obtained at the reception. Bed is comfortable, bathroom functions properly, so overall good stay, especially for the money and location
