"Hotel is looking very tired - could be an older Travel Lodge with Black Marks around the Bath and dated furniture - pillows not so comfy. Staff were so busy in the restaurant it took 15 mins to get a drink and food was poor - I had steal which was so tough and dry it was like sole of shoe and instead of providing a refund only took 30% off that course despite not eating it. Breakfast was the same! The Black Pudding could have been sued as frisbees!"

"Excellent, highly recommend, high end decorations would stay again. Great Location, near attractions and restaurants. Comfy bed and good shower pressure and hot water. They had a working A/C. Good Wi-Fi and smart TV. Also great elevator! My favorite accommodation during our 3 1/2 week trip through Scotland. Streets are one way so beware when trying to find the apartment. Also, no available street parking nearby, best to pay the extra 20 pounds a day for parking. A small microwave would have been nice."
