"Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings "
Nice hotel, a little bit worn in places. Rooms too hot, difficult to sleep and get ready for wedding due to this.

"Great hotel next to the sea loch."
Staff were very friendly and efficient, food was very good, drinks were slightly expensive, but they are everywhere in Arrochar. All-in-all a great wee hotel for a short break, ideally situated for Hill-walking!

"Fabulous hotel, bad breakfast experience "
The hotel is fabulous and has great facilities and beautiful setting right by the loch and we loved the choice of things to do and places to eat. We booked the champagne cruise and the hawk walk- I thoroughly recommend both of these. We ate at the boat house and the Claret jug which were both lovely. Our room was huge and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The reason for the low rating was breakfast. This was a truly awful experience. one day we waited 40 minutes for a table, we were constantly sat amongst dirty tables and every time we went to the self serve we had to ask for glasses/plates/bowls/food ...you name it. I ordered pancakes every day (four days) and each day it looked a different dish. No butter/jam/coffee on the table....and on and on... Such a shame. I hope the hotel reads this and does something about it.

"Great location for Loch Lomond"
Great hotel with lots of character set on the green in the middle of a quiet village. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and meals were good. Great location for Loch Lomond. Will stay here again.
