  • Welcome to our freshly renovated, modern, and light-filled 62 m² apartment—the perfect place for a relaxing stay.



    The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (including coffee and filters), spices, vinegar & oil, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher—ideal for cozy evenings cooking together. The stylish living room with comfortable leather sofa invites you to unwind. Two bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds ensure restful sleep. The modern bathroom offers underfloor heating and a spacious walk-in shower.



    Free Wi-Fi and TV are, of course, available. A private parking space is located directly in front of the property.



    A special highlight is the large, lovingly landscaped garden with barbecue and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing. For trips in the area, you can use four bicycles free of charge; two mountain bikes are also available for an extra fee.
