About this property

Updated 4 br PSU home, close to campus

  • We invite you to stay at our newly remodeled home close to PSU campus and downtown Sate College. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home, new to the rental market, is a perfect home base for Penn State football weekends and other campus events. Convenient to 2 Beaver Stadium shuttle stops or drive to Beaver Stadium in 10 minutes.

    Location in the Park Forest neighborhood provides walking access to parks and playgrounds. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a mile of the house:
    - Wegmans, Aldi, Trader Joe’s
    - Target, Walmart
    - Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, QDOBA, Starbucks
    - Otto’s Pub and Brewery, Champs Sports Grille

    The front door opens to a comfy family room with a 55” Roku Smart TV. From the family room, access the deck overlooking the backyard. The family room is fully open to the brand new kitchen. The main level also has a dining room with seating for six. Down the hallway is a full bath, a bedroom with a full bed, and two queen bedrooms. The lower level includes another family room with a 50” Smart TV, full bath, queen bedroom, and a washer/dryer.

    Bedding and bath towels are provided along with paper towels and toilet paper for your convenience. Toiletries are also available for guest use. The kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of K-cups, tea, and snacks.

    The driveway has parking for 3 cars. The home has keyless entry making check in easy. You can drop your bags, experience everything Penn State University and State College have to offer, and enjoy a comfortable home away from home.

    Please note, in case of allergies, owners have dogs.
