Seven points recreation area is about 5 miles north on route 26\. There is plenty of sleeping space. The basement bedrooms do not have access to a bathroom on that floor, but it didn't pose a problem for our group, they came upstairs to use the other two (but take note if there are elderly people who cannot do that). Having sheets and bath towels provided was a big help. We enjoyed the outside area as well, but spent a big portion of our time boating (Seven Points Marina right down the road). The house was comfy, close to the water and accommodated all of us. There is an auto repair shop as others mentioned but plenty of great other views we watched a group of 3 young fox wrestle and play in the wood line each morning. One of the people from the garage helped to square it away, I think things like this should be checked before people check in. There were 3 remotes and initially the only thing we could do was to get the tv to turn on but that was it. The basement was damp and cold and it took a while for the heat to get going ##### Rick S.
