"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"We had room B06 (below the street). The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all we needed. Next time we would take a room on a higher floor as we sometimes heard people walking on the sidewalk. All the staff we encountered were super helpful. The location is close to Kensington Gardens and the nearest tube station is Bayswater- a 5 minute walk from the apartment."

"We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator. Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."

"Place was spotless and staff very friendly and nice. Well located near I’ve stations, shops and Hyde Park. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked with essentials and listed implied there was a washer in the room and there wasn’t. Overall, good value for what you get. "
