"From start to finish, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went out of their way to make our stay better. Their warm hospitality made all the difference!
The hotel itself is beautiful, located in an ideal spot with plenty of parking and a super-efficient EV charger. The restaurant and breakfast were both excellent, offering great variety and quality. The gym was clean and well-equipped—perfect for staying active during our visit.
It’s easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be coming back

"Bed was fairly comfy. Pillows not great, should have taken the option to ask for the pillow menu at reception. Room was clean and spacious. Was woken by next door showering. The plumbing is incredibly loud. Pool and spa was lovely. Pool very large and the gym looked good too. Didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but walked through on the way to the bar and food looked very nice. Breakfast was nice.

"I have stayed at the Earl many times over the decades. The staff haven't changed and i think this is an indication of how well the hotel is ran. The ladies on reception and breakfast are lovely. This time we had room 406, lovely big room overlooking carpark. Very quiet. Highly recommend "
"Overall a very pleasant stay, it was a very hot day so the room was hot but it did have portable fan. Welcome and service by the staff was excellent.
The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut.
Will stay again and try a cottage. "
