This is not a 4 star hotel. I had a nice room and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is mostly sweets, no fruit. The elevator near my room makes loud groaning noises when in use. But the location is poor, some distance from the tourist area down twisted poorly maintained streets. I got lost twice trying to find it again. Taxis charge 20 euros to take you less than a mile to the main tourist area. Nearby restaurants are for locals with nothing in English. I just can't recommend it because of the location. Otherwise OK.

This hotel is the ideal location for exploring Palermo. Staff was awesome and the buffet breakfast incredible. I would definitely stay here again!
