Exclusive independent villa for 8/11 people, just 400m from the splendid sea of Mazara del Vallo, with pine forest and private swimming pool (12m x 6m), whirlpool, gazebo, deck chairs and sofas. A true oasis of peace, surrounded by a very fresh private pine forest, citrus grove from which to savor the delights of Sicily. Very close to the beach (400m), the historic center (1,5km) and all services. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature in this part of Sicily.  
  
 Easy access and suitable for the handicapped. The surrounding area is very quiet and rich in nature and typical Sicilian beauty, with the splendid promenade of Mazara del Vallo, 2 steps from the villa, ideal for walking or cycling. Easily accessible, just 3 km from the exit from the A29 motorway (Palermo Mazara).
