* Regarding the generator - it powers everything in the condo except the water pump, which is connected to the entire building. This means that during a power outage, water won’t be available until the power is restored. Everything else in the condo, though, will keep running smoothly.
* The pool is about a 10 minute walk from the condo. The way there is an uphill walk. We recommend driving to the pool as it's a short 2 minute drive!

A note from the owners:
After many years as a military family living all over the world, we are now settled in northern Virginia with our kids. While we love Virginia, we adore the beautiful Virgin Islands and having a second home that brings more water and sunshine into our lives. We are excited to share a part of that with you. We love working remotely from St. Thomas and spend our free time diving, fishing (okay, only John), snorkeling, hiking, and just taking in the views at every turn.
