Harbour Oaks is a great gated community close to the pier restaurants and shops on St Simon’s Island. The property was clean and well stocked. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again
4 of us stayed 2 nights on the way to St Augustine. We loved it and wished we had reserved more nights. Fantastic location. Super clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. And they had good toilet paper, which seems trivial but shows the detail to making sure your stay is comfortable. We just loved this place!

This property is clean, in a great location, and quiet! Easy walk to everything! Beach is a short drive or bike ride! Everything you need is exactly as listed in the description. Owner was very responsive to questions! We will stay here again.
The condo was in a great location, close to the pier and restaurants. However, it is on the first floor and we could hear a good bit of noise from the unit above us. The kitchen was clean but not many pots or pans to cook with. The living area is large but only seats 3-4 (there were 5 adults with us). The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
We were just staying for a night for work, but the place had everything we needed for just ourselves for a night or a week, and we could easily have brought our kids in the spare bedroom. It's very close to a fun part of the island, and would stay here again any time.
This ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in an older, beautifully landscaped, gated community is close to the Village Pier and great restaurants. Condo is spacious, very clean, updated, and quiet. Comfortable mattress with quality linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. A more comfy living room chair would be a nice addition to the futon sofa. Hostess was great communicating and taking care of our needs.
I really enjoyed the condo. Only concern was the curtains didn’t cover the windows in the living room.Blinds or more curtains need to be installed.Very clean in condo with plenty of amenities.Thank you.
The noise from the upstairs apartment pretty much ruined any peace we might have enjoyed in this rental. Footsteps were like a constant thunderstorm .

Host interaction. We checked in on a Tuesday and noted one of the beds had a broken support under the mattress, which made it totally uncomfortable! We reported it right away and provided pictures. The property manager asked if we wanted it fixed during our stay and we responded we would indeed like it fixed ASAP. We never got a response to this. We checked out on Saturday, 11/29 /25 and still no acknowledgement from the rental about the bed. Many items in the rental could use some maintenance, such as loose cabinet doors. Overall good rental but not great based on lack of response from management company to needs.
