"Saintly" at Sea Palms 18th Green

  • "Saintly" is an end unit condo that is a short one minute walk to the Sea Palms Resort & Convention Center. The 18th green and lagoon are directly in back of this condo which provides stunning views.
    The first floor has 2 master suites and each is furnished with a 43" flat screen TV. One bedroom has a king bed with an air system mattress so you can determine your own comfort level. The other bedroom has a king I Comfort Serta mattress with ever cool fuse gel memory foam for cool, supportive sleep. This bedroom also has a screened porch with a day bed for relaxation. There is also a full size washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience.
    The upstairs has a kitchen that was remodeled and is equipped with all new stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen is the dining table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with 3 swivel chairs and sofa for easy viewing. The Ethan Allen sofa can be converted into a queen bed and has an air system mattress that is adjustable. Finally there is another screened in porch and the view of a rookery is just behind the 18th green.
    The Sea Palms Resort Sago Restaurant and Golf Pro Shop are located just to the right of your front door. Food can also be ordered for pick up for a quick and easy meal.

    If you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, "Saintly" is the place for you!

The view from both deck/patios was peaceful. The place was very clean and was the perfect size for our 5 adults. The sofa sleeper was very comfortable. Parking was easy and right outside the front door. We look forward to another visit.

We loved the quiet beautiful location overlooking the pond and golf course. It was wonderful to walk around the neighborhood with all of the palm trees and lovely live oaks with spanish moss. The unit was clean and comfortable with nice furnishings and a good view. The owners were very responsive and pleasant and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Spring Break Trip

My family (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful visit to St. Simons. Our stay at Saintly was exactly what we were looking for. We loved everything about our stay especially sitting on the back porches and enjoying the views.

Beautiful condo

This was a very nice condo with plenty of room. It is beautifully decorated and clean as can be. The neighborhood is very nice and we loved all the wildlife (birds, turtles, etc.) The owners really thought of everything and communication with them was excellent. I highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. Very clean and comfortable and very well supplied with necessities. Great Location and Nicely Appointed

This was our second time staying at this unit and once again, it worked out perfectly for us. The location in Sea Palms was very convenient with easy access and parking. The screened in porch provided nice views of the golf course and we enjoyed having morning coffee out there. We appreciated the nice touches like bottled water and granola bars as well as Keurig coffees and creamers. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The beds were quite comfortable too. We definitely will return again for future trips to SSI.

February Getaway

We loved staying at this well appointed condo. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the little extra touches such as the welcome waters and snacks! The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and golf. Being golfers we were able to walk right over to the course. We also enjoyed being able to go for walks and bike rides right from the unit as well. The area is perfect for those activities. The screened in deck overlooking the lake and golf course was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Saintly.

Beautiful views, extremely pleasant flow for living and eating. Porches are wonderful, furniture is very comfortable. High-end appliances. When you first walk into this townhome, you feel a sense of roomy, luxurious living. It is a sturdy building with first-class appointments. On top of all this, the location is on the 18th green, steps away from the Sea Palms restaurant and pro shop. Sea Palms community itself is one of the finest and most beautiful you can find. We took walks daily along the quiet streets, among the grand overhanging live oak trees and wonderful spring fragrances of Azalea bloom, orange blossom, ocean breeze, warm pine, jasmine, earthy oak/moss. It's a mix you may not find anywhere else — floral but not heavy, fresh but not sharp, and always layered with that unmistakable coastal air.Several excellent restaurants are minutes away. Included are The Red Barn (excellent steaks), Delaney's, La Plancha (Mexican), Brogen's North, and Tramici's (Italian). The beaches, pier and downtown are just 10-15 minutes away. Close enough for easy commute, and far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to nurture a stress-free, peaceful, relaxing feel to your living experience.The owner, Bob is a warm, friendly, accommodating host. He kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying all. With all said, I still haven't fully expressed how wonderful this townhome and its owner have been for us. You will have a flawless, 1st class experience

Best Condo Ever

We have stayed in many condominiums in the past years and this condo by far was the best one ever. The communication with the owners was excellent. They responded to any of my questions immediately and I felt they were there to help us if there were any issues. The location of the condo was beautiful, the grounds around the building were exceptional because we were overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course and it's little pond. The condo itself was an excellent condition. Looks like it was just remodeled. Beds were soft and comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed with more than enough towels, hairdryer, toilet paper. The kitchen was well appointed as well and stocked with new dishes and pots and pans. Overall, we will hopefully get a chance to rent this condo in the future.
