  • Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present 1700 Bruce Drive. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is conveniently located in the East Beach community within walking distance of the public beach access.

    The first floor of this home features an open kitchen, dining & living space perfect for entertaining. The large dining table will accommodate up to 8 people making it perfect for family dinners! Two guest bedrooms with jack & jill bath are located off the main living area. Upstairs you'll find another guest bedroom with private bath as well as the master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath. French doors in the master bedroom lead to a large screened balcony overlooking a landscaped back yard & private swimming pool.

    Pets may be accepted for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. |
