  • This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper. North Breakers #200 has many upgraded furnishings to include shiplap, beautiful tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. An added feature is additional windows in the main living area since you are located on the end. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.

    The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

    This property will accept pets under 35 pounds with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
