This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper. North Breakers #200 has many upgraded furnishings to include shiplap, beautiful tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. An added feature is additional windows in the main living area since you are located on the end. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.
The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

The property and condo were very nice and clean. It was located near to the restaurants and shopping.
Only minus was how far a walk to the beach it was. It’s a long walk for us older people and carrying a 3 month old.
Overall is was a great trip.
Beautiful condo and very well maintained. Pet friendly so definitely a plus. I know property was under construction, but the area for walking dog was unreasonable.
My husband and I spent the week at SSI. This two bedroom condo was perfect for us. A quick walk to the beach and chairs and bikes were dropped off at the unit the day we checked in. Good security and plenty of covered parking spots. We will definitely be back!
We had an excellent stay! This condo had everything we needed! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook any meal! Having a washer and dryer is always a plus. Extremely clean and comfortable, beds comfy and shower was great! Dog friendly and our pet was comfortable in the AC while we were out. The beach was an easy walk and the shops and restaurants were all close by. This was our 3rd stay in St. Simon’s and we will definitely be back!!
This condo was great. We have stayed at this property before and it is a great location with easy access to the beach and a nice pool. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. Also dog friendly which was a plus. Very easy check in/out. Highly recommend!
Had such a great vacation. The condo was very clean and included everything needed for our stay. Would definitely choose to stay here for future trips. Nice little area for walking pets but needs more light for nighttime.

My husband kept telling me what a nice place this condo was. It was a great location and very clean. We had plenty of covers for all 3 beds which is sometimes not the case at other rentals.
This was a lovely property - clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy, towels were plentiful, & kitchen had everything we needed, including basic spices. Parking was easy. We had no issues with simple online checkin/checkout. Overall excellent.
