  • Hodnett Cooper vacation rentals is pleased to present this 3 bedroom, 2 bath completely remodeled ranch style home located at 647 Demere Way. This home is conveniently located within a half mile of the beach and village area where shopping and eating abound!

    It has wood floors throughout, mostly new furnishings and is decorated in a soothing coastal style. The king master bedroom has its own totally remodeled bath in addition the other remodeled bath convenient for the other two bedrooms. There is a living room plus den to spread out a bit in addition to the new outdoor deck looking over a large fenced in back. The perfect venue for grilling! The kitchen has been completely remodeled as well with all stainless appliances, new cabinets and countertops.
