King & Prince South Ocean Villa 22

  • Full Amenities Package Included. This listing features a 2 bed/2 bath condo available for rent year round. Our rates vary based on the season and length of stay. Our family LLC has independently owned this villa since 2016. Our villa is located at the King and Prince Resort on Neptune Road of Saint Simons Island. Full Amenities Package Included.

    Our 1250 sq ft. villa has been remodeled & modernized . The kitchen is fitted with marble flooring and granite countertops, new cabinets , and appliances. It offers a 27" washer/dryer combo, 38 gallon hot water heater, & living room couch with queen pullout mattress. We have added crown molding & plantation shutters throughout.

    There is marble flooring in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, both bathrooms feature custom cabinetry with granite surfaces. The master bath has been enlarged and offers a double vanity with walk in shower. The shower is marble, handicap accessible ( 3 inch clearance), and features shower heads on two sides as well as 3 rd detachable hose.

    The villa features 163 mph hurricane impact / noise resistant glass facing the ocean. The sliding doors and windows in the bedroom and living room can be opened and screen replaced to experience ocean breezes inside the villa. We have tile flooring & an 8 piece set of teak furniture on the balcony for ocean views, relaxing, and dining outside.

    Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, Beachcomber, & Fiddlers are all recommended restaurants within short walking distance. Use Golfnow.com for low cost tee time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf: 12 Miles. Jekyll Island Golf: 20 Miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beach wear & bike rentals . See attendant under the yellow umbrella on the beach for chair & Umbrella rentals .

    24 hour security is provided by the King & Prince HOA. Covered parking is included. We require summer rates for UGA vs. FLA weekend. We require fall rates for Christmas through New Years Eve. Follow us at www.facebook.com/kpSouth22

This was a very nice stay at King and Prince condos/villas. Nice, comfortable unit. Great location, nice beach view, handy to pool. Owner was very good to work with, good communication. Issue with resurfacing of walkways was quickly and happilyvresolved. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family visited SSI for a wedding and this condo at the King & Prince was the perfect home base. Right on the beach, a variety of pools(!) including fun kiddie pool, onsite and nearby playground areas for our toddler, onsite parking, elevator and ramp access, cart for luggage, nearby shops and restaurants, everything we needed. And the condo was clean and comfortable with professionally cleaned and ample linens and kitchen stocked with utensils / cooking supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise and Peace!

This was such a beautiful space to land to meet up with an old friend. It was so quiet! The King and Prince resort does not disappoint. I have been here many times and it is ALWAYS a great time. The pool, beach and restaurant are some of the best on the island. This condo was laid out well. They view from the balcony was private and peaceful. Check - in was wasy peasy and hosts very responsive. Hope to book here again in the future.

Our family was looking for somewhere to stay during Georgia Florida weekend. The King & Prince is a terrific location. You can walk to so many restaurants. The beach is right there. You are not far at all from the village. The condo met our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely rent again.
