    The complex has two pools, tennis/pickleball, stocked lake, 16 beautiful acres, small fitness center.
    The best part is the complex is located on the south end of St. Simons, Just a few blocks to great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, fishings, putt putt and all the great things this island has to offer.

The checkin was quick. However, there were lots of items from previous renters lift. (Razors, meds, other personal items). Fullsize bed small, could not get the bedroom tv to work.
