    Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

    Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

    Grand #114, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, and a remarkable ocean view. Youtube TV is available on all TVs

    Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

    The Saint Simons Grand Homeowners Association is considering an exterior renovation. While details regarding scope and timeline are not yet available, impacts are not anticipated until spring 2027 at the earliest.

The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Close to pool and beach. It was overall the perfect location. Restaurants are close by too.

A great condo space for a girl's only family vacation! Beautiful view, and easy walk to the beach. Quick and easy communication with the host. The work with an beach equipment rental service company that delivered and picked up supplies, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. Super helpful. The mattress and the pillows in the primary room are comfy. Short walk to a few restaurants. All in all, a great time! I highly recommend.
