Great Location!

Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful water views! We enjoyed coffee on the dock in the morning and wine at night. House is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable! Perfect for our Clearwater get away!

Weekend getaway!

It was a great place to stay with a few friends and have your own areas to still have your own space. The area was walkable to all the attractions and a few minute walk to the ocean. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment by the water and close to the white sands of Clearwater. It had everything with even two parking lots. I recommend this apartment Had tiny issues but nothing serious - and the owner promised they will be fixed for the next clients.

Clearwater Beach getaway

This property was as listed. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walking distance to Clearwater Beach shops & restaurants. Lina was a wonderful host. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the pool. We did sit out on the back patio and enjoyed the sunshine one afternoon.

Nice place to stay.

When we arrived, it nice to have a few items to start our day, coffee dish and laundry soap, etc. The walk to the beach was not far at all and it was close to shops and great eateries. Spent a lot of time on the back patio by the water and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine. Would come back again!

Fantastic rental!

Rental was great - just as described. Clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon for our beach days. Beach was maybe a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

Upon arriving we were provided with some snacks, a bottle of wine and some other drinks. Very thoughtful of host. Location was convenient to beach and restaurants. So quiet and private. Bay is just outside your 3 separate sliding doors! Very spacious condo. Will stay again!

This place was just as good as it looked. It was perfect for our family of 4. Minutes to beach and Beach strip. Shops were great, great restaurants, and plenty of ice cream. No problems at all with the property except grills could use a little TLC. Besides that, would rent again in a second.

This was a very comfortable apartment on the bay. It was a very short walk to the beach. The water pressure was great. The washer and dryer worked great. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked great. I would my definitely go back

Perfect location

Stayed with 2 girlfriends. Was perfect! Everything we needed was at the condo. Short walk across the way to the beach. Chairs, towels and umbrella were so useful! Hostess left us snacks and wine even! Only thing you may want to bring is salt and pepper and an eye mask bc it’s bright in the morning :)

Our trip was great. The host was very communicative and helpful. Place was very clean and exactly like pictures. Only 5 minute walk to beach/ 15 min to main shops. Some updates are definitely needed (sliding screen doors, dock and patio area). It was nice sitting on the dock but lots of planks missing, was a bit of a hazard. Other than that the view was great and we even saw dolphins from there. Would definitely stay again.

10 Day Retreat

Very beautiful pictures are accurate. Location was perfect we enjoyed waking up every morning and fishing off the dock. We did see dolphins. This unit had everything we needed and it was easy to place a Walmart order and have delivered groceries for the week. Walking into Clearwater took maybe 10 minutes and there are many restaurants and fun shops. The beach was also maybe 5 minute walk and the unit provided everything we needed wagon beach chairs, umbrella. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed are week and would definitely stay at this location again. This was are 5th year coming down to Clearwater and this was are favorite location

Awesome spot in a newly discovered area of North Clearwater Beach... on the intercostal side!

Lovely apartment great size for 4 adults. Spotless interior and the exterior looked pretty amazing compared to the rest of this hard hit area after a couple of hurricanes this fall. The big surprise for us was how nice the dockside area was. Much warmer than the beach on a cool weekend, and in the winter sun all day. The variety of birds were amazing and we had a dolphin show about 150 yards away. Very fun!It's a 3 block walk to NCB... and at Royal St where you enter the beach is much less crowded. Another perk!Big thanks to Lina and her husband who worked hard to get this ready for us!

Overall good spot, but could use some upgrades.

We were pleased with the location and place in general. It was an easy walk to the beach, we loved the dock out side, and the swimming pool. The only thing I would say is that they need to replace some of the pots and pans and utensils. They are very used and I did not use them because they were gross looking even after trying to wash them.

Great location close to shops and restaraunts

Nice clean and exactly as advertised, the landscaping and docks could use a little TLC, the hedge in front of patio table could be cut down two feet for a better view of the intercoastal, very relaxing setting. Nina was very prompt in answering any concerns that only included the wifi and cable. She was able to grant us an early check in as my granddaughter had a softball tournament and we were able to get settled in before game time. Would book again in the future.

Clean, as shown, great location. The host was most responsive. Only complaint is that when we were going to check out (10:45) the cleaning person was waiting outside! It was so unexpected and felt so pushy that my son forgot his very good power block for his computer because he didn't make that "last pass" to be sure he had everything. If it was turned in, could you please send it? We will gladly pay postage. Other than that, I highly recommend the place!
