Nestled in Madeira Beach, this delightful condo boasts 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed with a twin pullout trundle. With 2 full bathrooms, the primary with updated shower, second bathroom with shower/tub combo, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Over 1100 square feet of living space provides ample room for all. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Beachfront screened in balcony provides plenty of seating and stunning views of the white sands of Madeira Beach and the Gulf. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax and watch the sunset! The balcony closet contains items such as beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, TONS of sand toys, an umbrella, pool floaties and pool noodles, frisbees and more so you can hit the beach upon arrival! This condo is newly updated and comes fully equipped for all your needs. Kitchen has all large appliances, along with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and more. There is plenty of seating for meals with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 4\. Outside amenities include a heated pool with plenty of seating and an outdoor patio/picnic area. The building has both stairways and an elevator to make accessing the condo easy. Experience the magic of Madeira Beach at our condo. \*Please be advised of the following: \- This is a non-smoking and no pet property \- No parties or events \*\*Villa Madeira pool is newly remodeled and now open! There are still some repairs being done on the patio area, and tiki tables and chairs. Assigned parking spot for our condo is #125, and the parking garage is open. Renters should park in the assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in guest parking, and there is overflow parking across the street at the Church by the Sea parking lot. Condo comes with two parking passes, which should be displayed on vehicle dash. The exterior of the building is currently being repainted in beautiful shades of blue and grey. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our condo is perfect for families. With a desk for a designated workspace and free Wi-Fi, our condo is ideal for those traveling for work. Lots of seating on the screened in balcony provides a great place for a #booktalk trip with friends and family There is a lot to do around the area. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is about a 3/4 mile walk from the condo, and they have pay to park areas there too. Lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, and more. There are also many water sports and activities there such as jet ski rentals, dolphin watching boat tours, sunset cruises, parasailing, and more. If you are interested in sports, there are lots of options in Tampa Bay, which is about a 45-minute drive from Villa Madeira. Tampa Bay Buccaneers football, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Tampa Bay Lightning hockey, and Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer are all options! For the thrill seekers, Busch Gardens in Tampa is the place to go, and located less than an hour's drive from Madeira Beach. Other family friendly places to go are Zoo Tampa and the Tampa Aquarium. Convenient location was a big plus. Steps to the beach, short walks to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Communication with the owner and with Eric was quick and helpful. ##### Bruce W. You can't beat the location and the views! The condo was completely renovated within the past year & the property manager, Eric, was quick to respond for questions/concerns and wonderful to work with! We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for 4 teens and two adults. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. It was an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. The beach never felt crowded. There are several options of places to eat that are in walking distance. Caddy's was a favorite. John's Pass is very close with many options for eating and shopping. ##### Crystal B. Great location, right on the white sandy beach, located near restaurants and John’s Pass for shopping. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Condo was super clean, new appliances, beds were comfortable, well organized and stocked. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit! The condo has plenty of room and the beds are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of towels, supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen. Taking the elevator or stairs out to the clean white sand beach and pool takes less than one minute. It’s easy to go back to the condo for snacks or restroom. There’s also a restroom at the pool. Unlike many other rentals we have stayed at, this one provided enough garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the week. It also had newer chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The sliding doors could be updated so the A/C didn’t have to work so hard. ##### Jason B. The unit was perfect location to the beach since we had our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren with us. They loved the pool too! The unit was very clean and well stocked with paper products and such. Eric, the property manager was great and easy to contact. There were also plenty of beach towels,chairs, and sand toys. We also drove to Disney for a day since it’s only 2 hours away! ##### Rita C. This unit has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all basic items, as well as items I wouldn’t have expected like an air fryer. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The location can’t be beat, with many restaurants and attractions close by. The unit is stocked with anything you would ever want for the beach, from umbrellas, to beach chairs, to towels, to beach toys for the kids. Eric was great to communicate with and was able to answer the questions that we had. I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Madeira beach and would absolutely stay here again. ##### Korie D. Very well equipped for anything you want or need. Beach chairs and toys to enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away from the condo. If you don’t want your toes in the sand, you can sit on the chaise lounge chairs on the tiled terrace. And no skimping on supplies in the condo either. The property manager is very easy to reach should you need anything. Book this place. You will not be sorry. ##### Paula K. John is there to help every step of the way. The only thing I would caution is in regards to the beach. There are concrete forms in the water called Jetties to help keep the sand from eroding. These are visible during low tide and hidden in the water during high tide. Watch your kids near these. I was sucked into one and it scrapped me up pretty good. ##### Michael H. Book this place - it was amazing, especially the view from the balcony! There is plenty of cookware/utensils - even a highchair which was unexpected and very helpful! It has everything we needed. There is a closet on the balcony with beach toys, chairs, an umbrella AND a cooler! There was also plenty of beach towels. We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space to spread out. Eric, the manager, was very clear with communication and promptly responded to concerns (the coffee maker wasn't working and brought a new one the same day). We recommend Caddy's a couple blocks over to eat + drink, as well as the ice cream shop directly across the street. We highly recommend this place. ##### Lesa S.
