Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. Note that our property is equipped with a noise-detecting device called NoiseAware, which monitors noise levels in decibels. If prolonged and excessive noise is detected, I will receive an alert and may contact you accordingly to address the situation. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors can lead to forfeiture of your damage deposit and potential eviction. Waste Disposal Guidelines: Regular trash will be picked up by the city on Tuesday and Friday around 6 AM. We hired a service to take the cans to the curb Monday and Thursday evenings after 7 PM. They will place the cans on the side of the house after the city empties them prior to 6 PM. Recycling is picked up on Wednesday morning, and the service will deliver the cans as noted above on Tuesday evening and return them on Wednesday prior to 6 PM. The house has everything that you need to have the great moments, missing only a Pool but for the people that love the ocean it's perfect. ##### Monique K. The house is beautiful and roomy for a large group. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and biking and other activities during the day. I was able to easily communicate with the owner prior to arrival and the information she provided was comprehensive and very helpful for our visit. The house was beautiful, there was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and the view was spectacular! The location is close to the beach, close to shops, and was easy to find.
