Selected it initially due to price, cancellation policy, location, and beach equipment (chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon) that was included. We had easy, responsive and informative communication with the hosts from the beginning. When we arrived the place was clean and had all we needed. It is a bit dated but the location is perfect. The beach is even close enough to walk back for snack and restroom breaks. Several eateries, bike/equipment rental and drugstore are all very close by/within walking distance.
