Indian Rocks Beach Bungalow #1: Steps to Sand, Shared Beach Patio & Free Parking

Stay steps from the sand in a private one-bedroom bungalow at Stones Throw in Indian Rocks Beach. Sleep up to four with a queen bedroom and living-room futon, cook in the full kitchen and unwind after a beach day. Your ground-floor bungalow sits behind the main beachfront house; it does not have a Gulf-facing view. Enjoy the shared beachfront picnic area, one designated parking space and free shared laundry. Restaurants are a short walk away.

YOUR PRIVATE BUNGALOW
Queen bedroom, living-room sleeper, one bathroom with walk-in shower and a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Linens, towels, starter toiletries and coffee are provided.

BEACH ACCESS & SHARED SPACES
The bungalow sits behind the main beachfront house. Access the sand through the complex; the beachfront picnic tables, grill and outdoor areas are shared. The sofas by the main house are reserved for Unit #3. One designated parking space and free shared laundry are included. Pets require prior approval and a $125 fee per pet, per stay. Beach fires are prohibited.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 21. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Grill & Propane: A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If a refill or exchange is needed, guests may purchase one, and we'll reimburse the cost of one refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Free shared on-site laundry is available for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
