  • UNOBSTRUCTED FULL GULF VIEW corner unit condo in the private complex of Pelicans Cove with large pool and private beach
    Two week minimum rental.

    COMPLETELY REMODELED THROUGHOUT. Includes a new air conditioning & heating unit, kitchen has tastefully been redone to include all matching stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, extra deep sink and a beautiful back splash. The bathroom also includes a new vanity, fixtures, tub and white marble tile and floor. Condo also features new flooring and light paint throughout. Pelicans Cove recent upgrades to include a new paved parking lot, new roof, new pool furniture and BBQ area.
    Property is fully stocked and rental Includes everything such as beach chairs, sunbrella, beach towels, floats, fishing rods and snorkle masks

    Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony all while watching the wild life and dolphins swim off shore.

    Assigned parking spot #26. Plenty of guest parking - spots marked 50 to 59 are guest spots.
