The master bedroom features King size bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, Romeo and Juliet slider door and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The fully appointed kitchen has been updated and is perfect to make those family meals or beach time picnics. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and Roku smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer right in the unit. Nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience of your vacation experience. The property has a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, gas grills, beach access, and assigned under-building parking. Very family-friendly! This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One dog up to 30 lbs. ($200 Non refundable pet fee). Pet fee will be applied after reservation is confirmed.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
