This spacious and private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located in the heart of Indian Shores has it's own elevator that takes you straight to your front door. The condo will accommodate up to 6 guests. You will find ample room to relax and spread out in the open and airy living area, offering 2 leather loveseats and a leather sofa with a queen pullout bed along with a large flat screen TV. Just off of the living area is a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. The living area also has 2 sliding glass doors leading out to a large balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has a full kitchen which has everything you will need to cook your favorite meal in, as well as a breakfast bar that seats 4 overlooking the dining area and living room. . The primary bedroom has recently been updated including a brand new Queen-size mattress as well as wicker furnishings and new tropical decor. The guest bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and has recently been updated with new bedding and decor. You can enjoy intracoastal water views from the private balcony located in the guest bedroom as well. Both bedrooms are adjacent to a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You will also find a stackable washer and dryer in a separate laundry room for added convenience. A heated pool and grilling area are located next to the beach for guests to enjoy and a private dock is located across the street for guests to enjoy fishing or watching the dolphins play. The complex is close to area restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is a short car ride to the North and to your South is Madeira Beach, home to John's Pass where you can enjoy a fun filled day in the sun at the Marina or shop until you drop at the many beach shops they have to offer. Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails. Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property. Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The pool area was very nice and the beach was a short walk from pool and also very nice. Although the kitchen has not been updated it was fine...had everything we needed (well, it was short on drinking glasses). The rest of the unit has some issues. Finding the unit was difficult. We found the unit by trial and error. We discovered that the elevator button 1R takes you to Unit 1C (how should we know this?). So our beginning was not smooth. Then we proceeded to unload groceries and noticed the kitchen faucet was loose, which my husband tightened somewhat. Lightbulbs were missing out of one of the bathrooms. Hall lights were not working. Some of the laminate was off the bathroom vanity. A metal plate was where the deadbolt should have been. Master bed not very comfortable. Window in Master Bedroom does not latch and has a huge gap, allowing wind and rain in. Lock from the balcony to stairway was inoperable. We did notify SunVista to make them aware of these issues so they could attend to them after we left. Nothing was so major that it had to be dealt with while we were there. The floor plan layout is very disfunctional....we made it work because there were only 2 of us, however we wpuld not return to this unit for this reason. Having the main bathroom off the living area and not close to a bedroom would not be satisfactory for more than 2 people. ##### Jeanne M. Condo was very spacious and clean. Guest bedroom was very comfortable with flat screen tv and firm comfortable beds. The master bedroom is very outdated and in need of a new mattress- it sags in the middle so if two people are in the bed- you roll together. I was looking forward to catching up on sleep this vacation and the master bed was less than desirable for that. I ended up sleeping in he guest room with the kids just to catch a little sleep. The master bed does not have a TV either. Would have rated this 5 stars if 1( the master bed was bigger and not saggy and 2) dryer worked first time drying clothes. Loved having our own washer and dryer but the dryer took 3 attempts to dry the clothes. We made it work though. Living room very comfortable and loved having stair access to the condo so didn’t have to use the elevator every time. Check out was not convenient as you have to drop off the keys at the rental place about 10 minutes down the street- most places you can just leave the keys at the condo. This was difficult for us as we didn’t have a car to get them there. Again, made it work. Overall, we would rent this again IF the bed was replaced and would recommend to friends. ##### Marna M. But was fine for our needs There was plenty of room for the 4 people that stayed there and enough room to host 12 others for dinner 2 nights. We were impressed with the views from the balcony and ease of access to beach. The pool was nice as well.
