  • This beautiful house close to the beach is offering all the amenities for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation for you and your family in St Pete Beach, the house is close to restaurants , supermarkets, golf course and close to historical place in this city , The Don Cesar and walking distance to beautiful white beaches of Gulf of Mexico
    the house offers all the amenities:
    3 bedrooms
    2 bathrooms
    big enjoyable back yard
    solar heated salt water pool
    outside shower
    high speed internet
    free calls to USA and Canada
    We provide everything from : towels, bed sheets, plates, pots, pans and more.........
    The property is 30 min far from TAMPA airport and 20 min from St Pete and Clearwater airport
    We also allow pets no more than 2
    Note:
    1.if the damage is more than the deposit the renter is responsible to pay or legal action are going to take place
    2. The house has to be occupied only by the guests on the contract. If the guests are not in the contract and they sleep in the property, then the tenant is going to be charged.
    $500 is going to be charched for electric heated pool
    Please be advice that
    The price of the rent might change without further notice
    PRICE CAN CHANGE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE
    Also we rent the house for 6 months period as well
