Just north of the Extra bedroom is a large living area where there is a sleeper sofa which has a comfortable Sealy Posturepedic mattress on pull out. We accept pets with a $85.00 Pet Fee Per Pet. Pets must abide by rules specified in the rental agreement. We had plenty of space and all the amenities anyone could want for a beach stay. Tiny bathroom though…which is true of every place we have stayed on Pass-a-Grille. Super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Listing should emphasize that beach towels are included at the rental because it would have saved space for our crammed car, but it was a pleasant surprise to have them provided. It is adorable inside and out and in a lovely neighborhood right next to the beach as described. Everything you need is included and there was plenty of space to rest and relax with friends. Plenty of living space to hang out with family and friends. Bath and beach towels were supplied. Pretty much everything was in the house for your use. We had a great time. Location was great, blocks from the beach. little beach tiki breakfast place on the beach with music excellent! It was so cute and comfy. Beach vibe. Great location and close to the beach. Unfortunately we did not spend much time on the beach due to red tide. At no ones fault but nature.
