Beautiful DOUBLE BALCONY, located at 399 2nd St, Indian Rocks Beach, FL, unit 4420, 4th Floor END UNIT 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Vacation Condo directly on the intracoastal with spectacular views and onsite Splash Harbour Water Park in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. One of only seven units with TWO private balconies overlooking the intracoastal AND water park. Intracoastal views are direct and unobstructed right from the condo and private balcony. The second private balcony overlooks the pool and water park. Includes 4 Free daily water park passes good for each day of your stay (over $120 per day value) with an option to purchase 6 additional water park passes at a discounted rate. The water park is open year round, is heated, has a lazy river, pool, two large water slides and a kid splash area. The splash area is not heated. It is loads of fun for everyone! In addition, there are two large rooftop sun decks with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunsets. The Gulf of Mexico, with access to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, is a short two blocks away (3 minute walk.) The condo is just steps from family friendly restaurants, bike rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, miniature golf, game room and the marina. One parking space is allotted for the unit. Additional vehicles can park for free along the city streets on a first come first served basis or at the adjacent Holiday Inn for $20/day.

TWO Private Balconies: One balcony overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the other balcony overlooks the Splash Harbour Waterpark. The views are great! You can spot dolphins and watch boats cruise the intracoastal or you can see the fun at Splash Harbour Waterpark from the private balconies.

This is truly a great find right on the intracoastal with on site water park access and steps from the beach. It is the best of all worlds with access to everything you need. We provide all the comforts of home so you can spend your time enjoying your vacation. Come see for yourself. You're sure to enjoy it!

The condo has a dining area, living room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer and two large balconies. The unit is fully furnished with:

Fully Functional Kitchen:
Full size spacious kitchen including granite countertops, dishwasher, range & oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, toaster, blender, etc.

Living and Dining Room:
Plenty of seating in living room with couch and 2 large accent chairs, free WiFi and cable, 50" TV, and dining table & six chairs. A DVD player and an assortment of games, cards and puzzles are also provided.

Bed & Bath:
2 queen size beds in each bedroom, HD TVs in both bedrooms (50" and 40"), blackout curtains, fresh linens and towels, protective coverings for both mattress and box spring, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Granite countertops in bathrooms. Front bedroom has lock-off option with separate outside entrance for additional privacy if desired.

This was a great place for our family of 5, with kids 12-14. Condo was clean, great amenities, close to the beach/restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with and cared about ensuring we had a good experience. Would recommend to others.

This is a great location for a family vacation. It has the best of both worlds - waterpark for kid fun and short distance to beautiful beach. The condo is roomy for large family and the surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants.

Great family stay in IRB

Indian Rocks Beach

Super nice condo located on the intracoastal waterway only 2 blocks walk to the beach. The condo is meticulously maintained and well stocked. The water park was a big hit with the grandkids! The balcony views of the waterway are amazing and the second balcony views of the water park are equally as good. There is also a roof top deck that has great vies of the gulf. The unit is very clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds with 4 queen beds. Both bedrooms have updated, very nice, en-suite baths. The owners are accessible and easy to communicate with.

Amazing stay

Our hosts were amazing! The condo was spotless and well-organized, offering a hotel-like experience with fantastic amenities. The view from both balconies was simply stunning. Wonderful return stay

We returned to stay at this condo for the second time. The condo is clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you may need. Janet and Joe are wonderful hosts with great communication. We had a wonderful time at the water park. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. It was a wonderful vacation!

Summer Break

Wonderful condo that is very comfy and provides everything you could need and more. Hosts made check in and check out very simple. Park passes were a nice perk and our grandchildren truly enjoyed this trip. We live in Ft. Myers FL, but sometimes the close destinations are the best when traveling with small children. Great location and great unit, owners have thought of everything!

Favorite family vacation spot

This was our 3rd year vacationing at Marker 33 Harbor side but first time at this unit. It was by far our best experience and favorite unit. The place was so clean and loaded with any and everything you could possibly need. The hosts were so accommodating and made you feel like they genuinely cared about how our stay was going. They checked in a couple times throughout our stay just to see if we needed anything. We will always choose this place!

Great Vacation

The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our family of six. We really enjoyed having two balconies. The location was perfect with the water park right there and the beach a few blocks away. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance. Janet was a great host. She provided useful information and checked in with us during our stay. I would stay here again if we returned to Indian Rocks Beach.

Relaxing Time

Janet and Joseph were wonderful to work with! We even got to meet them as soon as we arrived. They gave us a tour of the condo, property and great recommendations on places to go and eat. Their condo had everything we needed for the beach, water park passes, a pack n play and enough necessity items to get us through the week! Will definitely look to stay here again if we come back to the area!

Awesome!!

Everthing was clean and as advertised. A few glitches out of their control but were fixed quickly. There are alot of restaurants and shops that you really do not need a car. Have your groceries delivered. Thanks to the host for a great stay! Will stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation Location

If your looking for water options for your next vacation, then book this place! Its location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach less than 5 minutes away. On-Site waterpark with pools, lazy river, slides, etc... is literally off your back balcony. This is the best of both worlds! Plenty of nice restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee houses, souvenir stores within easy walking distance. We traveled with a 3, 8, and 10 year old children and they all stayed very entertained the entire trip. Lots of nice family options in walking distance & even more a short drive away. Can't express enough that this is the perfect location & option for both beach & pool lovers.

Our stay was WONDERFUL! Janet and Joe were great hosts, always responsive and making the whole process simple. Before we arrived, we received helpful information on the condo, nearby restaurants, parking, and check-in. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The water park/pool was a HUGE hit with the family! The location was great. The beach is a short walk away, and Janet and Joe have so many beach necessities - this was a plus! Restaurants, ice cream, and coffee were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay again! Thank you, Janet & Joe for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Can’t go wrong!

Thank you, Janet and Joe. We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and the corner unit had a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway. And while my kids are young adults, we all enjoyed the lazy river at the waterpark. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated, even the kids commented on it, with great space so that we were all able to relax and spread out when we were in the unit. The unit was also stocked with many essentials - well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and the closet with the beach accessories included anything you could think of. It really helped to have the beach wagon and umbrella! They thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful! Will absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It was very comfortable for our family of three. The cleanliness of the unit exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we needed during our stay because the condo was well stocked and updated. Communication with Janet was fantastic. She was very responsive to all questions I had before traveling. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The view from the patio on the intercoastal is so nice. The beach is a very short and easy walk across the street. Our family enjoyed Pipo & Betty’s bakery for breakfast. We also liked McGough Nature Preserve (just on the other side of the bridge). We went there three times to feed the turtles. I would 100% stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot and setup. My wife and I have two kids (5 and 2) and the apt was super accommodating - given its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and water park that you literally can see from your balcony. Was nice to have that convenience and also a beautiful view of the bay from the second balcony. Would definitely stay here again.
