Jackhammer was being used in unit directly above us and management didn’t have a clue what was going on nor how long it would be. The view off of the balcony is perfect for overlooking the beach and ocean views while being across the street or half the price! The property is located minutes from the boardwalk and directly across the street from the beach...win win in my book. We enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub daily in between the boardwalk and beach. The best supprise was in the closet in the master bedroom full of toys for kids to lounge chairs and umbrellas for the adults, big plus that I was expecting to purchase while I was there. We left the extra shovels and buckets that i purchased on the way in not knowing what was provided already. The location of the condo to the beach is just a very short walk across the road. The condo is very nice. Some of the furniture was outdated but that’s not the reason we was there. The master bedroom has a king size bed not queen as stated. It was a little uncomfortable not to bad. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. The pool is small but was nice and the hot tube was amazing. Short walk to everything. Some reviews say the walls are thin very true. Neighbors played loud music half the night couldn’t get sleep. We could hear them talking kid crying and even hear them coughing. So beware walls are very thin. Other then that nice place to stay.
