Very close walk to the beach and restaurants and stores. Johns pass was a nice close walk. Pool at the resort was very crowded at times as it’s not a very big pool. We weren’t aware that the pool was shared by another complex and also the residents of the boats in the marina. Limited chairs around the pool also. Last downfall is that there’s not a shared bathroom down on the first floor near the pool area. This was a pain while at the pool and also when on the beach. Negatives- tv remote never worked and blinds in the living room were broken and could not be pulled down. Washer and dryer located in a closet in the kitchen and were so loud that you could not hear the tv. John's Pass area and the beach were all walking distance, even with a 4-year-old. The condo was extremely clean. Just know that it is not very well stocked. This isn't necessarily a negative against the property, but it's good to know what's waiting for you ... and in terms of supplies, not much. Bring your own beach towels, condiments, and such. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to utilize the kitchen for our meals for the hole week. Beach access was right across the street and John's Pass was approximately two blocks away. Warning: the bunk beds look very small in the picture and concerned me since I was traveling with high school kids. Not to worry, the kids were comfortable.
