Only thing would have been better is you cant use the pool from hours of 10-6. Unless you pay half price for water park if you dont use one of the 4 passes provided. Host was amazing. You see so many dolphins in the harbor. Everything you need is there. Walking distance is short to many restaurants and the beach. Parking is a little hard at times due to not enough spaces for all the residence. My family had a great time.

Stayed for a week June 26’. We have been to the area many times and once again found ourselves staying at the Harbourside at Marker 33. I chose this unit for its size, great reviews and price. It was a great choice. Lulu’s was spotless. The owners had everything that we needed. When calling for any concerns John was attentive. We had a great family trip and were so happy to have a clean and comfortable place to rest and eat some meals after spending the day at the beach and in the water park. For those new to the area, it is loaded with great restaurants and many within walking distance. We will be back soon.

The property is wonderful; very clean, comfortable and updated, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. Centrally located, there are multiple restaurants, stores and the beach all within a short walking distance. Fantastic condo! From seeing every sunrise on the balcony to every sunset on the beach. This condo has everything our family needed for hitting the beach or relaxing by the pool. The charming little city several dining options within walking distance of the condo. Indian Rocks Beach has an easy driving distance of bigger cities like Clearwater and St. Petersburg if you wanted to explore them, which we did. The host's communication was great and even greeting us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for families of all ages looking for a nice relaxing get-a-way!

Our whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! The host is very genuine & was always available if we needed anything. A great stay in Indian Rocks

The property was as advertised. Very clean and easy sleeping arrangements for my family of four. The kids enjoyed that they could easily walk to the beach, water park and shops. It was safe for them to go alone. Easy access to Clearwater to meet up with friends as well. A great escape from the New England spring cold!

Family Tradition/ Wedding

We’ve stayed at these condos several times. Loved the views this one has to offer. Kay was great with the check in process. A little different than the typical but it was smooth. Kay was very good, great communication.
