This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 302 has a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. It offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 302 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels. The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath and 1 spot in an open lot. Limit two parking passes at check-in. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). My wife and I have being coming to florida and this area for many years and we can say that this property is the best we have rented. The sunset views from the balcony were out of this world. We will treasure our 2 weeks stay for many years to come. Has tall toliets for handicap which was wonderful. The overall room was nice. This is our 6th visit to this condo. First time in this room The ice maker broke while we were there and poored water everywhere. Had to deal with two repair men. After a 12 hour drive dealing with that was not fun. Phone rang all the time. Took it off the hook. Shower came on in master bathroom for no reason and woke us up at 2am. But overall was good. Probably would stay in this room again. ##### Brian B.
