The first floor is reminiscent of a small hotel suite, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area with a TV, and a kitchen. This is such a great house! I'd been looking for an older house right on the beach in this area for several years, and so glad I found this one. It was perfect for my family and had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen with wine cooler, brand new pack-n-play, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, etc (need to bring or rent your own beach umbrella if that's your thing). The beach was spacious and not crowded at all, and literally steps away from the house. There are lovely mature trees and loads of space for parking (rare in this area). The property seems to be maintained well by the property management company, and they proved to be fast and friendly responders whenever we needed something. I highly recommend this place - 6 out of 5 stars. This unique house is lovely. Plenty of room for 3 couples and three older children. The kitchen and eating area was spacious, and there were plenty of kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, dish towels, etc. which made preparing meals very easy. The location was outstanding, as we were footsteps to the beach. We did our best to keep the sand from getting inside, and perhaps a hand-held vacuum would be a good idea to keep inside by the door. There was a rechargeable blower to use outside which did come in handy. There were plenty of towels provided, which was nice. We would recommend this property to any family or group. Nice details. Quiet area. A dream location. Pretty beach just steps from the porch and patio. Great spot for Shelling and Bird Watching. Crystal clear water. Phenomenal views. Short drive to anything you want. We went to as a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday and to see manatees but could definitely see ourselves returning with our families. My family and I loved this house! My family of four, my sister's family of three, and our parents vacationed here for our spring break. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close to many things. Very clean. But most importantly...the beach!! Just a short walk out the door. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach also. The view was amazing! We enjoyed every sunset! The large family dining table was very nice also, as we ate dinner together there and played games at night. We have walked & driven by this house many times, not realizing it has been here for many more years. Feels like old Florida. Beautiful large windows, wooden staircase and floors, wonderful kitchen to cook in. Great porch and patio. The walk to the beach is charming. As grandparents we had enough room to accommodate our growing family. Celebrated our daughters graduation and memories were made! Very easy to get ahold of property manager and he was willing to fix or help with whatever might have been an issue. Hope to be able to come again and keep building more blessed memories! ##### M F. Accomodated a large group incrediby well. This is not a new modern home, but it is a really cool, clean, well appointed, older home with tons of charm and a really functional and cool lay out and great air conditioning. We all just loved walking out the back porch across a short dune to the beach probably 20 steps away. We were in and out a 100 times a day with kids and all, so just absolutely an awesome set up. I spent hours on the back porch day bed listening to the surf and enjoying the sea breeze. Couple hiccups, but otherwise great! Amazing location! Just steps from the beach and you can watch the sunset right from the deck! Having kids with us, it was great to be able to just come back and forth without hauling loads of stuff with us. We also had an infant that was able to take a nap in the house while we still enjoyed the beach. We had a couple hiccups of the air not working which was crappy because the first night we just had to live with it and there are no screens in the windows/doors in the 2nd house, but the manager was right on it trying to get it fixed and when conclusion was made it needed another air unit, he brought a portable one in less than a half hour. The dishwasher was functional, but the latch was broke so we had to mess with it to get it to close, but the manager also had someone out to order a part for it. All in all, it was still a great stay and my family had a ton of fun! I would 100% go back! ##### Renae A. This property offers a comfortable roomy stay with a breath taking view. We went with our five adult children a friend and two grandchildren. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a great size and the dining table size was also great. Plenty of space for everyone to visit but also allows for folks to congregate in different areas of the home-sitting area, den and beautiful porch. The AC works great. Washer and dryer were also wonderful.The blower was very handy as it allowed for very quick clean up of sand. We will definitely consider staying here again.
