Expect some noise and exterior building renovation work M-F 8am-5pm. Balcony and pool area closure is possible. Beach access not affected! \-Elevator IS currently working, but there is always a chance for repairs since it was affected by the hurricane flood last fall. This condo is on the 4th floor.
