Elevators: Two elevators travel to the 5th floor; a third by the roundabout reaches the 8th floor.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Because we have a high amount of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from asking for an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Please note this unit is self check-in; there is no storage for luggage if you arrive early.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ): TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues like flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed, but if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Amazing. Clean, great location. The pack n play and high chair were much appreciated touches! We could walk to pretty much anything we needed including the beach. Such a great stay. Thank you again!
We had a great time at this place. Such an awesome location for our family. The kids loved the water park in the front and the adults loved the water front view from the balcony out back. Def can’t wait to go back.
We had a great time staying here. Very clean. Beautiful view. And conveniently located close to the water park. roof access with beautiful view and chairs. Beach, cvs pharmacy, and some restaurants within walking distance. We had very good/fast communication with property management.

Highly recommend the rooftop overlook for sunsets. Our unit was well maintained and had everything advertised.
The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the basic supplies. We enjoyed our stay! And the kids loved the water park. We were minutes from the beach and restaurants. Clearwater beach is just a 15 minute drive!
Very nice for families. The closeness to the water park was perfect. The beach was just a two block walk. Forgot anything there is a CVS right there. Great time watching boats come it while sitting on the deck. The condo offered so much fun for small kids and i highly recomend this property.
We rented with our daughter & grandchildren. We all had a great time at the Splash Park! We enjoyed dinners at VIP for Mexican food and PJ’s for seafood. Beach walks for sunsets are always the best. We are locals but it felt like a vacation away. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to be back.
Clean. Debbie, one of the property managers, was awesome in accommodating us after Hurricane Helene flooded our condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The room was clean and spacious.
Overall a great stay! Unit was clean, comfortable and less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Getting to the unit the first time wasn’t totally clear and the bathtub and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. However, both were fixed in less than 24 hours. Thanks for a nice stay!
We enjoyed the location and would recommend for small families. We had 8 in our group which made the water park difficult as we did have to pay each day for 4 of our party. Would be nice if the pool could be used free of charge. The place itself was stocked nicely. The balcony view was great and relaxing to sit at night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. The walk to the beach is very convenient and takes only about 5 minutes. The condo is as advertised and we would stay again.
This place is a great condo for a family stay. It sleeps up to 10 which my family of 6 appreciated being able to spread out a bit after spending a few nights in a cramped hotel in Orlando. The beach is a quick walk so it’s easy to go back and forth. The water park area is nice although my kids didn’t spend a ton of time there. Everything with check in was communicated well and we had no problems with that. The condo was very clean. Management responded quickly to help us when we realized we locked ourselves out without the key on our last evening. Oops! Easily walk to a few restaurants and a cvs and beach shop. They provide beach towels and some beach items which I really appreciated.
Family all had a great time. It was perfect for what we needed except the AC barely works. Front room was way too hot and we had to run the extra fan the entire time. My son even slept on the floor in his underwear just to cool down some. Power in front bathroom kept going out so we had to mess with breaker several times. Ac is way outdated and not big enough for unit. Other than that, it was great.

Maintenance issues
We had several maintenance issues. We were unable to regulate the temperature we ended up turning AC off. Room was cold! Lights in the bathroom went off. Messaged property management no one got back to me until we already had checked out. Sofa bed was dirty like someone urinated on it. Check in and check out times were not convenient. The view with the marina and balcony was nice. Overall not worth it for the price!
This property was incredible the view was beautiful the amenities were top notch the property was clean and very well put together we will absolutely be staying again
Perfect. Just perfect. The kids LOVED the water park… and it was only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. The place was big and clean and had so many supplies that made the stay way easier. Will definitely stay again.
On a property with a waterpark and seasonal passes to it. Its a great place for a family that wants to chill poolside after, or before, a long day at the beach. Or, just wanting a slow day at the pool close to where youre staying.
