Enjoy beach days and easy evenings at this bright two-bedroom cottage in Treasure Island. Bring the provided beach chairs and cart for outings on the Gulf Coast, then return to your private patio, fire up the charcoal grill or rinse off in the outdoor shower. With a full kitchen, in-home laundry and room for four guests, the home is a comfortable base for couples, friends and small families.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combination, toilet and single vanity. Bath towels and bed linens are provided.

RELAX INSIDE & OUT
Unwind on the living room sectional, watch cable TV or share a meal at the dining table for four. Coastal finishes, ceiling fans and window air conditioning keep the space welcoming. The fireplace is decorative.

Outside, enjoy a private paved patio with Adirondack seating and a charcoal BBQ grill. The outdoor shower is handy after time at the beach.

COOK, PACK LIGHT & SETTLE IN
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils. A washer and dryer are available inside the home. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided for guest use.

EXPLORE TREASURE ISLAND
Stay in a coastal neighborhood near Gulf beaches, local cafes, seafood restaurants and beach bars. Sunset Beach, John's Pass Village & Boardwalk and St. Pete Beach offer plenty of options for days out. Beach access and travel times depend on your chosen route; the home is in a residential neighborhood rather than directly on the sand.

PARKING & ACCESS
One private driveway parking space is available. Street parking is available on the same side of the street, subject to posted restrictions and availability. Guests have private use of the home and patio, with self check-in.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be completed in person. Starter supplies are provided, with nearby stores available for additional necessities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program—you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing small mishaps are taken care of. (Note: this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. This self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and glassware.)

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Additional Supplies: May be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.
