"The staff were amazing .Bonnetti restaurant was superb beautiful food and excellent service. We saw two top noch cabaret acts and breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend the Merton for all ages. And we will return. "

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. No air con but fans are provided. Large spacious family room with 1 double and 2 singles. Lots of clothes storage. Some of the furniture and decor is a bit tired. Room was a bit noisy from road below. No leisure facilities but were able to use the nearby Monterey which was also fabulous. Amazing roof terrace at the Royal. Bar food in both hotels was lovely and same friendly service in both. Would recommend. "

"Lovely, roomy, clean apartment within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Bus station literally on the doorstep, which gives you access to the whole island. Apartment had everything you would like to see for self catering Clean linen and comfy sofa bed and bed "

"It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy."

"Clean. Staff helpful. Nicely located not right in centre I’d St Helier but within a few minutes walk. Second time I’ve stayed here and can’t really fault it. Room this time being on the second floor was hit at times, but that’s no the hotels fault, you can’t control the weather. Would happily stay again."

"Great staff who couldn't do enough for you. Food lovely especially the cocktails. Rooms very comfortable could do with a fridge though. Loved the views and the peace and quiet."
