"The staff were all super friendly and very helpful; restaurant staff were knowledgeable too. The room was small, pretty and clean; shower and bath were great though ceiling low - it’s a historic property! Ideal location, nice to have resident’s sitting rooms and outside space. The restaurant food was superb and well priced, drinks great, breakfast excellent, coffee very good… A firmer bed and chunkier pillows, and a stretchier hairdryer cord would have made it perfect. We’d be happy to come back and stay again."

We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices."
