I booked with the purpose of having my niece over to swim since the pool was listed as an amenity. Was informed when she came over to swim that it has not been open all year. Was told they have no control over their website when I recommended they update that. Juice was severely watered down in their machine also. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Our room was large, with a nice mini fridge. The bathroom door would not open all the way due to the shower curtain rod. The bed was very hard, which was uncomfortable. Breckfast was ok, but the orange juice tasted like orange colored water. There was No elevator, so folks had to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Clean, comfortable and friendly employees. What more could you ask for? It's not the 5-star Ritz, and that is OK, we weren't expecting it to be. For the price we paid the hotel was more than satisfactory. A great choice for any weary traveler looking for accommodations overnight. Oh, and the air conditioner worked amazing!

This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. And, the TV remote didn't work, so no TV at all. For those of you that are big breakfast eaters, this is not the place. The food is decent but minimal variety. However, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to accomodate my check-in schedule (sometimes at 3 to 4am. Parking is well lit and the facility is right on the interstate. So, all in all, for my work needs, I'll be coming back.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable and I loved that it was a platform bed. You coukd eat off the floors it was so clean. I will definitely stay there again. Oh and the decor was very cool.

Should have believed the other reviews--I literally had to call the hotel to get someone to check me in and out (no one at the desk), the whole place smelled and my room had an unpleasant odor, the walls were VERY thin and I could hear clearly the TV in multiple other rooms throughout the night, something in the bathroom was dripping but I was too tired to try and fix that, the floor looked/felt gross, I was glad that I didn't need to use the shower, the microwave was pretty gross, and the window didn't feel real securely locked for being on the first floor (I know because I opened it to try and get some fresh air in). I went in with low expectations, even brought my own sheets based on others' reviews, and they still managed to not meet my expectations. Can't speak to the breakfast since I left before it was available. Parking was fine, other than there was a sign that made me turn into the wrong parking lot initially.

Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be.

Room was not clean. Window was left open either by cleaning staff or previous guest, not safe! Hair all over the bathroom, there was also a crusty wash rag that was leftover from the previous guest. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings. Blankets and mattress were both paper thing (literally all three blankets put together we're about the width of two papers.
