"The property is centrally located for all the services you'd want. Great transport nearby. Movies, dining and shopping at Miranda Fair across the road. A short drive to bays, beaches, National Parks and the camelia gardens Our room had a kitchenette but there are many places to eat nearby. A guest information brochure would have been good."

"Great place for a short stay with 2 small kids. We spent 2 nights and walker around Cronulla the whole time. Pool and spa were fantastic. Few small issues with the room, fridge wasn't working well, outside balcony could have been cleaner, pull out bed wouldn't be any good for anyone other than small children.TV outdated no options to stream or hire movies, which we needed given our young kids. No room service and no onsite restaurant for lunch dinner or drinks. Parking needs to be pre booked and...

"The room we were given was directly above the smoking area of the pub. Asked for a different room and our second room had disabled toilet/shower facilities. We were wanting a bath. The room also had quite an unpleasant smell to it. We used the spa and sauna.. my partner accidentally left our room key in the sauna and so we were stuck in the pool area with no way out. There was no phone or button to alert the hotel. Quite alarming and potentially dangerous. We were finally able to wave down...

"Good clean room. Dinner was within the hotel with a number of food options. Breakfast was full buffet which was very good. Outside parking only but not an issue. "

"We stay here often, at least once a month when we are in Sydney. Rooms are always clean and facilities are good. The fact that it is attached to the Bankstown Sports and Social Club with it's numerous restaurants is a real plus. This club is a resort in itself. Prices for the rooms have gone up so it's getting quite expensive. Staff at the Hotel are pleasant enough."

"Easy check in and out. Room very comfortable and great hot shower. Food was disappointing, menu was limited and service really slow. Breakfast was a disaster, nothing in the hot buffets, no staff at all to ask. They seem overwhelming by a lot of people."
