The Hotel was Perfect! It’s just opened & the Staff make the stay So Enjoyable. Very clean, comfortable & a great balcony with bar & pool. Everything you could want & more. The staff really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you could desire. Highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel , Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location , very pleased with our room ,nice touch DVD player in your room and a choice of films at reception . Breakfast excellent full English or continental self service all you can eat .First time in Malta , hope to return and will definitely stay here again.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and even got a free upgrade. Facilities were clean and good. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stops right outside.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

Very helpful service by staff

Clean rooms with modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower. Very polite staff. Good selection of cooked and continental food for breakfast. Spa pool in the basement is peaceful. Pool suitable for relaxing not laps. A dozen or so comfortable loungers. A steam room and sauna for 3/4 people. Plenty of free towels and water. Rooftop pool with similar loungers. Not sure if it’s heated but was comfortable on a warm day. We would stay again.

A lovely 5* hotel close to all amenities but very quiet. The hotel is in St.George's bay and the beach is 5 mins from the hotel wih a small sandy beach and sunbeds. There are a number of restaurants and fast food outlets close to the hotel. A short bus ride away at Spinola Bay will offer you a further selection of lovely restaurants on the waters edge. The Bay Street shopping complex over 4 floors has an entrance directly opposite the hotel or can be accessed from level -3 car park directly...

The ambience within the property and available facilities were excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and provided detailed information to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within a very good network of public transport to different parts of Malta; we took the bus to Valleta but we could have taken it to other parts but we were only there for a long weekend. Pool was closed and we weren’t informed prior to our visit. Very disappointed as this was a huge part of why we booked this particular hotel.

Monika was amazing, very helpful and let us drop off our bags as we had a very early morning flight. Luckily we were able to check in earlier which we appreciated! The flat was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. We really enjoyed the sun loungers and the pool was very refreshing. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the flats which was convenient to get around. The only recommendation I would make is supplying more than 2 toilet rolls as we run out not long...

Lovely hostel, staff are friendly but spa is a bit misleading. An allowance of 2 hours to use the luke warm Jacuzzi and you have to book in advance, it is only available at a set time also. If you want to go in the sauna, it is 8.00euros.

Hard rock hotel is the best of the best. Staff was very friendly. I will always go to this hotel. Cannot wait to go back 100%

The location of the Victoria Hotel was excellent. The staff were all polite and the front desk very welcoming. I contacted the hotel prior to staying and they completed my request efficiently. The room was large and clean and the breakfast plentiful with lots of choice.

Easy check-in after hours, in the morning staff were lovely - couldn't do enough. Room was clean, had everything I needed and had air con!!!

Great hotel, located away from amenities but lots of buses nearby. Convenient for airport. Lovely staff and quiet and comfortable.
