"I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. "Stayed in Wadebridge many times but this is the best apartment. Close to town, excellent furniture and fittings, safe parking and great little balcony overlooking the river. Only negative slight traffic noise if you're used to quiet but we would definitely stay again. Loved it!Only suggestion maybe a pint of milk on arrival for a cuppa but that's just me being cheeky!!"

"We could not fault inside the house clean and lovely Unfortunately parking is very hard if you have anything other than a smart car and there really isn't a garden Ok we arrived for our 10 day visit upon arrival was told not very nicely to move our car as we parked in wrong place we had a nice 2 days then went to combe Martin for the next 2 days fir our wedding which was perfect We arrived back at the house and within 2 hours we were being shouted at and verbally abused by a male neighbor...
