"A stunning properly set in it's own valley down a track and away from everything. Woke up each morning to the company of cows peering over the fence. Beautiful natural gardens with lovely seating and eating spots. Good pubs and restaurants not too far away and lovely beaches one a short drive. Beth is a great host with good local knowledge and stories."

Lovely outside eating area, unfortunately the weather wasn't quite warm enough for us to use but would be a great eating space. "This is a really large and spacious property, which is done up to high standards. The walk to the beach and the costal path is short and nice. We had a fantastic stay, despite variable weather. We had some nice BBQs outside, the garden could be a little more atmospheric."

"Beautiful! Great facilities, especially suited for families with older children. Open stairs not good for very young children I'd say. Centrally located and benefiting from being close by to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs etc but also a very quiet end of town next to the river. Lovely walk to the wildlife centre and Poppit Sands is a 10 minute drive. The best beach ever for soft buttery sand and no rocks or stones. We enjoyed a lovely swim here. "The house is beautiful. Plenty of space. Felt luxurious. Hot tub is massive and under cover. Garden space great too. Host was so helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay again."

"I would like to say what a lovely couple Jane and Martin are however, we felt mislead by the photographs advertising this holiday. The photos bear no resemblance to the current state of the site which is totally overgrown, this has happened over a number of years and not just a summer growth spurt. We chose this site for our dogs, we were promised a private paddock that was fenced off, the paddock was so overgrown, we couldn't even walk in it and the grass was twice as tall as our dogs who...
