The property is truly remarkable albeit slightly humid as it is a natural cave. "Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

"Stayed with 2 kids in a heat wave, Erica did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and we had an AC unit in the room which was wonderful. The kids were able to stay on a sofa bed with us as their separate room was too hot. Wonderful town walkable. Parked just outside. Huge comfy bed. Huge bathroom. Spotless. "Beautiful hotel, full moon during my stay I can view from my room. Walking distance to Chateau d’Amboise, shopping streets and market plus carrefour. Most hair salon are closed due to holiday season for this period. Castle is so beautiful at night, full moon over the castle, charming!!"
