"Overall we had a lovely stay. We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. It would have been nice to have some prior warning, as a couple of drinks at the bar would have been a nice end to the evening.
That bring said the breakfast was excellent and our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very dog friendly and they provided bowls, a bed, towel and treats, which was very kind. We were also allowed to take her into the breakfast room with us.
Staff were all young but very friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and we would happily stay again."
"Good area for parking, nice and safe, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the room was lovely with plenty of space overlooking the quayside, so not far to walk to and the town was just at the back us so overall the location was very good, thank you for a lovely stay "
"My upteenth stay The Mariner's. It's an absolute pleasure to stay here.
Superb breakfast. Spacious & comfortable rooms and the staff are exemplary.
Looking forward to my next visit."
"Parking was safe in the hotel car park and shops etc were in close proximity to the hotel. My stay was very comfortable with a spacious en-suite room which was clean. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. "
Cottage with coastal views of Abereiddy, Porthgain & as far as Strumble Head
10/10 Excellent
"This is our second time staying in this beautiful cottage. We’ve been spending Easter in Wales for the last 10 years and this is by far our favourite place! The location is superb and the cottage feels like home - so much love and care put into this property, it just does not feel like a rental accommodation!Thank you so very much Sandra and Sian for sharing your special place with us. We hope to be back! Anna, James, Sasha, Nicole "
