Slebech Park Restaurant & Rooms
2/10 Terrible
"The reservation site clearly stated that the room had a bathtub, but the room had only a shower. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We expected to have dinner on-site, but the service was not provided on the night of our stay. We were notified only in the afternoon on the day of arrival. Very disappointing. We would not have made the reservation if this had been clearly explained in advance."

The Grove Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"From the second we arrived at the Grove to the second we left my family and I had a wonderful time.
The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful.
The two double rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
The hotel too was clean, spacious and comfortable from the cosy lounge with a pool table and dart board for added entertainment to the lovely, bright dining area. We are breakfast there and enjoyed a variety of breakfasts from continental, cooked to pancakes. All were delicious and catered for all tastes and dietary requirements. Breakfast ran until midday so there was no rush to get up early and as the bed was so comfy that was a blessing.
Check in was at 3pm and check out at 11am this again ensured a relaxed departure.
Parking for hotel guests is free and you just have to register your car on arrival for the duration of your stay.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the top of Saint David's high street as you approach from Solva and is a five minute walk to the shops, restaurants of this beautiful city and a few minutes more to the cathedral.
All are accessible for walkers, walking sticks and prams.
The city and it's surrounding area has much to offer from the cathedral, working wooden mills, fascinating sea cruises (highly recommended,) the pretty town of Solva and many coastal and beach walks.
Our only complaint was that we didn't have longer to stay at the Grove and the beautiful city of Saint David's.

St David's Cross Hotel

"During out stay the main foyer and stairs carpet was being renewed. Virtually no disruption to services. Staff were excellent throughout"

Roch Castle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This place is truly unique. We were met at reception and shown to the breakfast room and various lounges, then to our room. All had spectacular views. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. We ate at the local pub a short walk away along with other residents and had a very pleasant evening. The bed was comfortable and good quality toiletries in the bathroom-soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was first class using locally sourced products and staff very friendly. Excellent location for exploring Pembrokeshire Would definitely recommend Roch Castle and hope to visit again. "

Victoria Inn Brewhouse B&B
10/10 Excellent

Spacious self-catered accommodation in the heart of St Davids.
10/10 Excellent
"What a lovely house. The location close to the town center was perfect. We were a party of 3 adults, two teenagers and a dog, and there was amply space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could want.Only one point I would make, if you're taking a dog, check to see if the garden fence has been replaced. We have a large dog and we managed to create a fence with our parked cars, which solved the problem. But if you have a dog small enough to get under a car, the garden is not secured. "
